UI: uniform grid tile height (2-line clamped name)

Grid rows were sized by their tallest tile, so rows with only
single-line names (typically the last row) rendered shorter than
the others. The tile name now always takes two lines and is
clamped with an ellipsis beyond that; the full name was already in
the tile's title tooltip.
